Woolworths Primary Connect Distribution Warehouse

A major 36,500 sqm storage and distribution warehouse, purpose-built to support large-scale logistics and supply chain operations. Now utilised by Primary Connect, the logistics and supply chain arm of Woolworths Group, the facility plays an important role in supporting the movement, storage and distribution of goods across one of Australia’s largest retail networks.

The significant scale of the facility required a substantial structural solution, incorporating 1,200 tonnes of bespoke structural steel designed to support the expansive warehouse footprint and operational requirements of a high-volume distribution environment.
