Stockland continue to invest in their logistics and business parks portfolio, most recently with the development of the second stage of their Willawong Distribution Centres.
The site included two warehouses in total, with each warehouse with an 11,000m2 footprint. Each warehouse has a super flat burnished concrete floor finish serviced by three recessed loading docks for efficient distribution services. A two-storey office is located at the front of each building.
To support operations of this facility, we worked with Energex to upgrade the electrical infrastructure for this estate. We were continually ahead of schedule on this project and received praise from the Stockland Industrial Team Project Leader as being the best project he's ever been involved on, as our team were proactive and made their job easy.
