Warwick Police Station

The project is FSC-certified and incorporates a heritage listed building that serves primarily as office space for light-weight work, while a newly constructed facility accommodates the majority of work activities and public functions. The design includes three forms of feature cladding and three types of feature brickwork, blending modern aesthetics with historical elements. Key heritage features being preserved include skirting boards, balustrades, exterior stonework, lighting fixtures (including bulbs), and all original cells. The development also features extensive glazing, landscaped areas, and a gym, creating a harmonious balance between historical preservation and contemporary functionality.
