Essential remedial works at Vision Apartments centered on addressing long-term water ingress affecting the penthouse apartments and rooftop common areas.
Our scope included complete demolition and removal of the existing tiles, membrane and screed across all four private penthouse terraces and rooftop communal areas. This was followed by the supply and installation of a new screed system, sheet waterproofing membrane and high-quality tiling throughout.
These comprehensive works have restored the integrity of the building’s rooftop areas, improved durability and provided long-term protection for residents, ensuring Vision Apartments continues to offer a premium coastal living experience.
