Vantage Yatala Industrial Precinct
Project Summary
Lot 122 at Vantage Yatala, provides a large format warehouse totalling 10,604m2 of gross floor area which includes an administration building to the front of the site.
Logistics are managed over the 3,871m2 heavy duty hardstand and 15 metre awning spanning the on grade loading bays and 2,225m2, light duty pavement.
This project achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating through the use of translucent roof sheeting to reduce reliance on warehouse lighting, rainwater harvesting, solar power and use of low VOC elements throughout the build.
The site geotechnical conditions presented with large quantity of rock, which we approached by utilising larger rock breaking diggers to reduce the potential of delays to programme.
McNab also partnered with our internal structural steel company, Supplyhaus to deliver the 300 tonne of structural steel, produced offshore by world class manufacturing facilities which exceed Australian Standards in terms of quality they consistently deliver program certainty, which is key to our industrial project delivery success.
