Project Overview
Supplyhaus delivered 360 tonnes of structural steel for the construction of a 10,064 sqm industrial warehouse at Vantage Yatala Estate.
Designed to support large-scale warehousing and logistics operations, the facility incorporates two recessed loading docks, five flush loading docks, office space and an expansive 15-metre awning.
As part of the project, Supplyhaus also delivered a custom-built 200 sqm dangerous goods store, incorporating nine underground 25 kL liquid retention tanks. The specialised facility required a considered structural solution to accommodate the unique operational and storage requirements of the development.
Across the project, Supplyhaus structural steel helped deliver a highly functional industrial facility combining substantial warehouse capacity, efficient loading infrastructure and purpose-built dangerous goods storage.
