We are delighted to have completed the design and construction of Tree House by Aria in January 2021.
This beautiful building has created a 13-storey, 90-unit, high-end residential community in the heart of West End. Residents enjoy a beautiful, terraced rooftop communal area with an infinity pool, spa, private dining rooms, BBQ facilities and children's playground.
The building façade features 3D precast curved balconies that were cast off-site with stringent quality controls and then fully coordinated for installation on site. Bringing the building to life is the large variety of specimen trees sourced from across Queensland and northern New South Wales, which were specifically selected to create a 'treehouse' feel for the residents.
