We are delivering a full penthouse refurbishment at Surfers International, transforming the space into a modern, high-end residence.

The project spans demolition and internal make-good works through to upgraded lighting, a new BBQ area, appliances, fittings and splashback, along with a refurbished sauna, new flooring throughout and new balustrading. Additional works include enhancements to the pool area lighting.

To safely deliver the works at height, ground-up scaffolding and comprehensive edge protection have been installed, supporting safety and efficiency throughout construction.

With the building fully operational below, the project requires careful planning and coordination. Our team is focused on minimising disruption while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
