We completed the Sunshine Coast Vitality Village in June 2021, a truly collaborative 5-storey health and wellbeing space and the first of its kind in Australia.
Through our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model, we managed the design and construction for this innovative healthcare development, led by Comlink and aligned with health and service providers on the Sunshine Coast.
The atrium-style ground floor overlooks the common use mezzanine level, while the building’s outdoor areas feature gardens, seating and tables.
Glass plays a major role on the ground level, giving the public an opportunity to view drop-in services, smart rooms, hardware labs and café.

Through their collaborative, innovative and client focused approach, McNab presented us an opportunity to increase the net lettable area of our Vitality Village development by 550m2 which not only increased our net yield, but in turn created better tenancy layout options for our end user Be (formally ComLink).
