Built across 7 buildings, each home features two bedrooms, with the development complemented by a communal pool for residents to enjoy. The build included a bioretention system that provides fine filtration for efficient treatment of stormwater.

The development was delivered in two parts, the first comprising 17 dwellings spread across three distinct buildings, followed by a further expansion of 32 dwellings distributed among four buildings. All residential structures were built to home class 1 construction, featuring waffle pod slabs and timber frames for a robust and contemporary build.
