St Francis Catholic College is a landmark greenfield education project delivering a contemporary co-educational K-12 campus with modern learning facilities, specialist teaching spaces including music, art, science laboratories, design technology and food technology areas, alongside sporting infrastructure and community spaces designed to support students, staff and families.

Central to the campus, the Agora Building and connected communal spaces integrate administration, library, gathering and reflection areas within a highly connected precinct.

Delivered within a compressed 9 month construction programme, the project includes four buildings with a combined GFA of approximately 7,265m2 alongside extensive civil and infrastructure works including 54,133m3 of bulk cut, 79,993m3 of fill, new roadworks, carparking, sports facilities, landscaping and trunk services infrastructure. Through collaborative value management initiatives, approximately $6 million in cost savings were achieved while maintaining key project and operational requirements.

Flexible and future-focused learning environments incorporating adaptable layouts and integrated technology have been designed to support evolving educational needs and long-term campus growth.

Delivered through multiple supervised work fronts, a collaborative subcontractor environment and strong stakeholder coordination, the project is progressing well toward opening in January 2027 for the College's foundation cohort.
