This social housing structure comprises 23 units, featuring a distinctive split-level design spanning three to four stories.
Supported by timber pile foundations, the building is encased with blockwork perimeter walls, ensuring stability and durability.
Suspended slabs, traditionally reinforced, form the foundation for each level. Notably, the transition from blockwork to lightweight construction is accompanied by the introduction of columns for structural support. Topping the structure is a timber truss roof adorned with Colorbond solar panels.
