Rockpool Aged Care Carseldine

"We set out on a mission to build Rockpool Carseldine distinctly different! McNab were integral to bring this build vision to life. From the commencement of the design process right through construction McNab were collaborative and adaptable. What we have achieved is an exceptional building delivered on time and on budget despite major weather events along the way. We have successfully achieved the prestigious rating of Australia’s first 5-star green star designed aged care home and this would not be possible without the commitment McNab showed through the process. The uniqueness of this build attracted the attention of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese who took the time to visit the site through construction stating “Rockpool Carseldine is an example of what the future should look like, but it is here today”. McNab are a true partner in the process, and this not only extends to their project team but right through to their marketing and communications team, contracts and procurement team and construction management team.
