Following the successful completion of the Opal Aged Care facility at Kawana Waters, McNab was awarded the design and construction of Opal's North Lakes facility.
Located in the North Lakes Health Precinct, this facility will offer the Moreton Bay community access to the very best specialist aged care services including permanent, respite and dementia-specific care. The five-level facility offers 146 high care beds including dementia sensory gardens and balconies. The ground level provides breakout areas as well as a hairdressing salon, café, consulting rooms, commercial kitchen and a commercial laundry.
