McNab partnered with Nestle to expand their existing coffee facility with a new multi-storey Enhanced Aroma Recovery (ERA) process building.
Their Gympie-based facility now produces the entire Australian requirement for International Roast and Andronicus Roast Coffee. We were tasked with re-purposing the existing factory layout design without disrupting warehouse operations.
We provided a variety of design, construction and civil works ranging from stormwater management, excavation, demolition, flooring, and fabrication to painting, and fire services.
