Client
To support Moco Food Services Food Distribution throughout the Brisbane Region, they have tenanted a custom built 15,227m2 cold storage and food distribution facility in Wacol.
Providing a variety of temperature controlled zones, from 5,054m2 Freezer achieving -22 degrees Celsius, to 4,010m2 of ambient storage, with the chiller, ambient, meat processing, and ante rooms in-between.
The modern well appointed two storey 1,200m2 office space leads out to the suspended slab car park, and 17,116m2 Hardstand. One of the biggest challenges we solved on this project was managing the stormwater run-off during construction, by bringing a 24 foot container tank onto site to treat the water before being discharged into the stormwater systems.
