Mainfreight at TradeCoast Central is a food grade and custom bonded warehouse.
The 1,700m2 facility provides ambient and chilled storage with insulated panelling, and gas refrigeration units. The entire facility and 330m2 office are connected and controlled to an advanced building management system (BMS) allowing the end user to monitor the buildings performance and remotely control as required. Seamless logistics are achieved through the provision of two sunken loading docks including dock levellers and 10 metre awning and 2,117m2 hardstand. To support the large power requirement of the facility, a 300kw solar system has been installed in addition to a 750kva diesel backup generator in the event of power failure
