A 9,000m2 warehouse with sunken loading docks protected by a 37.5 metre super awning contains customised racking and storage zones for their equipment. Just over 360m2 of modern office facilities support the company's operations and the provision of a 100m2 media room allows the tenant to customise with specialised technology for video conference meetings and training.
