We are honoured to have worked with the University of Queensland on our 43rd project together, a leading student accommodation building on their St Lucia campus. Throughout the design process we were able to introduce significant innovation and efficiencies to the design to enhance the students living experience.
The Student Residence Project is a landmark residential building located on the corner of Walcott, Hood and Rock Streets in St Lucia. The building has been designed to achieve a functional and aesthetic point of difference whilst making safety and the welfare of students a top priority. The residence creates a space where students benefit from a high level of interaction and participation.
With a GFA of 18,378m2 and 606 student rooms, we worked closely with the University and the consultant team to ensure the design achieved project objectives and expectations.
