This state-of-the-art project was part of a multi-stage redevelopment to further enhance the hospital's reputation as a full service ‘flagship’ Ramsay hospital, focused on providing personalised and comprehensive care for patients.
At a glance, this project consisted of the design and construction of a new six-level specialist suite building shell, an accompanying single-level car park and associated services for Ramsay Health Care’s John Flynn Hospital.
Throughout the design process, we managed the project to meet the client’s budget, identifying significant cost savings through the redesign of key project elements.
Due to the facility’s challenging location (in the middle of a fully functional hospital), we formed close working relationships with John Flynn Hospital personnel and engineering teams and to ensure minimal disruptions to the site.
