McNab have proudly delivered a purpose built warehouse and hardstand for Port of Brisbane for their tenant TNS Logistics.
A 240m2 office supports the refurbished 1,000m2 existing warehouse and new 2,000m2 warehouse with post tension slab which has achieved the required tolerances for the tenant supplied racking system.
Our design included the construction of a 100-kilowatt rooftop solar system, rainwater harvesting tanks, irrigated landscaping, and LED lighting achieving a 4 Star GreenStar equivalent for this project.
The site contains AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services) facilities to support their international freight logistics practices. Supporting the tenant's logistics requirements, a 13,000L diesel tank and pump, large wash bay and 20,000m2 concrete hardstand.
