Crestmead Logistics Park is a world class logistics park, with phase one consisting of two warehouses as part of an overall master planned precinct for Mapletree Investments.
Building one is a 20,572m2 warehouse with an intertenancy wall supported by a two storey office at either end of the building. Two 36m super awnings span 56m in length against each tenancies loading docks. Building two is a 39,308m2 warehouse designed to accommodate up to four tenants, each of which will be supported by a two storey office and external car parking.
The logistics warehouses have been designed to accommodate multiple tenants with the ability to provide flexibility for the end user. Extensive heavy duty hardstand and pavements for truck operations have been provided to facilitate seamless logistics movements.
