After an extensive tender period, McNab was awarded the design and construction of the 6,000m2 warehouse and hardware store for Bunnings in Dalby.
The project included 160 external carparks, concrete slabs, tilt panel walls and metal roof, and was the first of its kind in the Western Queensland region.
We installed vertical rolling fire shutters to create a safer and more appealing entrance to the building. These fire shutters also achieved an additional $400,000 cost saving for the client, which was a key factor in McNab being awarded the contract and commencing works.
