As our fifth project for Blue Sky Private Real Estate, this high rise development signifies a new level of student accommodation, offering spacious, modern apartments and a host of exclusive amenities.
Operated by UniLodge, the residence is 11 storeys with 309 bedrooms, 2.5 basements and amenities including a games room, gym and study zones. Each level of the building has its own colour influence and two communal spaces. Our experienced project team successfully delivered this project five weeks ahead of schedule, allowing more time to prepare the building for new student residents.
