We are proud to have delivered our eleventh project for our valued client Brisbane Housing Company.
We are proud to have delivered our eleventh project for our valued client Brisbane Housing Company. This affordable housing project provides 92 units spread over seven levels including roof top terrace and meeting room and end of trip storage facilities on ground level.
The team targeted an 8+ star NatHERS rating which has been achieved through rainwater collection and solar array to power the communal spaces.
This project presented multiple logistical challenges including being directly opposite the Chermside Ambulance Station, encroaching powerlines and new watermain connection which will require nightworks and road shutdowns throughout the construction phase. These challenges were managed through full time traffic control, our relationship approach to neighbourhood consultation, experienced project team and trusted subcontractors.
