Supplyhaus builds momentum with major project wins

Supplyhaus has secured a series of significant new project wins across its steel, façade and joinery divisions, strengthening its pipeline across Queensland’s retail and residential sectors

The latest appointments include a major structural steel package for Mainbrace at the new Coles-anchored development at Dundowran and the façade package for Murano Teneriffe — Supplyhaus’ second project with Frank Developments.

The wins come as Supplyhaus continues to expand its delivery capability across specialist construction packages, working with builders and developers from design and manufacturing through to delivery and installation.

Steel secured for Dundowran retail development

Supplyhaus’ Steel team has been appointed by Mainbrace to deliver the structural steel package for the new Coles-anchored development at Dundowran.

The scope includes approximately 23 tonnes of structural steel across the Coles supermarket, specialty tenancies, Pharmacy & Medical building and 7-Eleven fuel station, including roof framing, purlins and associated steelwork.

The Supplyhaus team will work closely with Mainbrace throughout design and delivery, collaborating on detailing and constructability to develop an efficient solution from design through to site.

Second project secured with Frank Developments

Supplyhaus Façades has also secured its second project with Frank Developments, delivering the façade package for Murano Teneriffe in partnership with Armada.

Featuring flowing, Venetian-inspired curves, Murano will deliver 45 residences across ten levels, with a highly articulated façade central to the project’s architectural identity.

Supplyhaus’ scope includes fixed glazing and sliding doors throughout the development, with the team working to translate the architectural vision into an engineered façade solution ready for manufacture and installation.

The appointment builds on Supplyhaus’ relationship with Frank Developments and reflects the business’ growing involvement in design-led residential projects.

Head of Supplyhaus Anthony Freer said the diversity of the latest wins demonstrated the strength of the business’ specialist teams and the relationships being built with contractors and developers.

“These are very different projects, but the approach is the same — get involved early, work collaboratively with the project team and find practical solutions that make the package easier to deliver,” Anthony said.

“Repeat partnerships are particularly important to us. When a client chooses to work with Supplyhaus again, it demonstrates confidence in our people and the way we deliver.”

The latest appointments add to a growing pipeline of projects across Supplyhaus’ steel, façade and joinery divisions as the business continues to expand its presence across the Australian construction sector.
